COMOX VALLEY CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION AUTISM CENTRE
A new addition to the Comox Valley Child Development Association with a gym, meeting rooms and a kitchen for their autism programs. The conceptual sketch is of new ramps planned to improve accessibility to their main building.
McELHANNEY OFFICES
Renovation to an existing building to add offices and the main entry canopy for a surveying and engineering company. A new two-storey addition is planned.
CHALET, MT. WASHINGTON ALPINE RESORT
A single-family residence that steps down a steeply sloping site overlooking Strathcona Provincial Park.
THE VICTORY
A new 4 storey building downtown with commercial units at street level and 14 residential units above, including 4 rooftop micro-units. Located beside the Waverley addition built in 2016.
DENMAN ISLAND CHILDCARE
A new building located adjacent to the community school with separate rooms for toddlers and pre-schoolers, a staff room and a large central hallway for active play.
